Just two quick things:

1) Bought Fur Fighters today, and I`ll try and report to any of you who want to know, what I think of it when I give it a go.

2) Well done Wookiee on your latest gameaday! I had a feelig that post might win. Wasn`t it the one where Goatboy and I were talking about not jinxing it by saying it could win? I could check, but this computer is too slow :-)

Actually, just one other thing. I finished my last exam of the year today! Go home tomorrow, and get to try out Crazy Taxi and Super Bombad Racing.

One thing I just noticed this morning is that there are interactive loading screens. Each button does something. Most are for different sounds, whilst one stops the background music, and restarts it, and another (an analog stick) can be used to change the view on the screen.

Sorry about that. I was in three conversations, so by the time I posted that, Adrian was already here!

Adrian is the man to ask if you want a decent comparison between the DC and PS2 version, but from what I heard, he holds a high opinion of the conversion to PS2, (certainly better than the Crazy Taxi attempt he said).

As for my opinion, I never fully review a game until after about a month of serious play, so these are only my early impressions:

It does look very smooth. No jagged lines, no pop up, and the camera never seems to get lost.

It is extremely colourful, almost appearing to glow!

There is the option for 50Hz or 60Hz, in the same way as DOA2 and others.

The 2-4 player fluff match is hilarious, really adding to the depth. A point I have always disliked about PS`s 3-D platformers is that they usually only have a 1 player mode (Rayman, Croc etc...), but this keeps the DC idea that a multiplyer mode is vital. A lot of fun!

The variety of characters is also quite nice too, and each one acts as it should do for its species. You have to use certain characters for certain situations. For example, Penguins for swimming, dragons for flying.

Before I turn this into a full review, I`ll end with: Its a whole lot of fun to play, with great visuals, and a nice feel to the game (there are many control options, allowing you to find one that suits you).

It has more cartoony graphics, they are flat shaded or somethin like that, they look like Jet Set Radio. Iam not sure whether the levels are the same e.t.c.

I don't know about their personal email, but the Freeola service is (or was) down.

I'm signed up for the forums on my own domain account, which is hosted by Freeola. You have to claim Gameaday prizes by mailing them from the e-mail address you signed up with... so I can't.

Cheers, ssxpro.

It was indeed the post you didn't want to jinx. Not bad for something bashed out at lunch time at work! I'm going to ask for Red Faction, just as soon as the SR mail servers are up and running.

Look forward to your opinions on Fur Fighters - it's one of the games I'm not too sure about.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Very pleased
Very pleased with the help given by your staff. They explained technical details in an easy way and were patient when providing information to a non expert like me.
