Viruses clone e-mail addresses from address books on infected computers. Probably someone you know has a virus, which tried to send itself on declaring itself to be from your e-mail address but it got rumbled by the recepients Virus checker. The automated message then came back to you, thinking that's where the message originated from.
So yeah you can just delete it and mock all your mates for getting viruses.

Funny, I didn't get that email but I got a scam "eBay" email twice today.
Just ignore them or delete them...
