Im trying to run a Sony Ericsson PC Suite disc on my PC and for some reason this messege keeps coming up and it closes the program down.

What is wrong?

I think my PC is buggered. I'll just quickly try it on my laptop and see if it works.

Erm, it doesn't even load up. It just gets to the screen where it says 'Sony Ericsson' and then it just crashes and comes up with that.

I do remember a hardware thing coming up, but I ignored it and it went. :S

I'll try reconnecting my phone.

It cant be anything wrong with the CD cause i've literally just bought the phone from the T-Mobile store.

The program is crashing. That's what's wrong. Windows always displays that dialog when a program crashes.

Are you sure you installed it properly, following all the instructions onscreen and installing everything to what is reccommended?

Has the computer done its bit where it finds loads of new hardware devices related to the phone? My bro did this a few days ago and had no trouble.

Please give me a serious answer, I asked nicely. :)
