Anyone played one of these Alternate Reality Games? The one I'm reading about is Perplexcity. Its one of those ones that claim to use texts, internet sites, cards you buy, phone messages to have you plying the games in "the real world".

I know there was a primitive nokia version back a while but this seems a bit more advanced. Not sure if it's my thing, just curious. perplexcity.com for anyone interested.

I like the idea of it... the execution of it though doesn't look good as far as that site is concerned.

Very "Pokemon" as suggested...the "BUY CARDS!!!!!!111oneoneone" link on entering the site seems a bit forward, I was interested to read up on it all.

I have a WoW subscription to pay - no time for these "other" entertaining packages ;)

The cards definitely look like the weakest link but i guess thats where they hope to make their £££.

Got given one of the postcards, looked it up on the site. And it just seemed like a glorified Pokemon Card game, 'Gotta collect 'em all'.
