When you go to Add and Remove programs, it has 'BT Yahoo! Applications' and it's about 30MB. What will happen if I decide to delete this? Will I still be able to access the internet via IE or Firefox?

And what exactly are the 'BT Yahoo' applications?

The applications include the Browser itself and things like Anti-spy and Yahoo! Messenger.

Don't delete it.

Unrivalled services
Freeola has to be one of, if not the best, ISP around as the services they offer seem unrivalled.
10/10
Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
