why cant i move to a new region...i beat the current regions championship, but Usus wont let me go to a new region. He keeps saying that we have reached the min. requirements to leave imperia, but he thinks we/i should stay to prepare our/my selves. so if any body could help me please do because no one in the ign board or any other server would help me...

I think when you go to leave you can choose to leave. He always suggests that you stay in the voiceover but it also gives you the option to leave.
You have beaten the palace tournament right? Check that you've finished each level because sometimes there's 3 levels of tournaments and it's easy to think you've done them all when infact you've missed one. :)

Check the map and see if there's anywhere you haven't visited, it could be you haven't triggered an important part of the story.
