That's pretty poor form from the council. You pay huge council tax, and they can't even provide a competent trash collection.

XD class, always blame it on the council, maybe they should close the lids next time, or keep the bins somewhere else

That's my local council too. Fortunately I can keep my bins in the shade to avoid the 'hot garbage' effect which attracts flies...

Besides they collext the recycling a garden waste bins every other week, so if you're careful about what you throw away and when, it's not a problem.

It's the outside wheelybins.
Their local council would only empty them once a fortnight and even after than incident refused the change. I'm glad our local council aren't such prlcks.

It'd have to be a pretty dirty place to have maggots in their bins anyway.
