I wouldn't know, I'm just working off what a friend told me with regards to getting it to work on PS2. I do have SA on PS2, but I own neither an Action Replay nor the desire to see the unlocked content.
That's probably more to do with the differences between a decent PC and a PS2 though.
Apparently, it doesn't work massively well though.
Can't you "action replay" it on the PS2 with a few codes?
It's not so much a cheat as an unlockable feature. You are only able to view it (if you so wish to) on the PC verion of the game. To do so you must first download a hack called Hot Coffee. Sadly for you, if you own the PS2 or Xbox version of the game, you will be unable to view the content.
