Where are you trying to change it? Messenger or Hotmail?

For Messenger:
1. Open messenger
2. Click "Sign in with different email address"

Just go to hotmail/gmail and make a new email address.

You want to create a new one, or use another one that alread yexists?

Personally I changed to GMail for a bit, but now don't use MSN anymore.
