Shame, I didn't find out until this month, and it ended last month.
But there was an oppurtunity to be the face of one of the regens on the next manager sim. from Sports Interactive - the driving force behind the all-conquering Champion Manager.

When a player retires a new player takes their place in the database otherwise known as a regen
What's a regen?

Sigames (the makers of CM) have taken their code and workers to Sega, leaving Eidos with the name of the game. Therefore FM is the sequel to the previous CM games, and the new CM is a totally new game.
On another note, the Gold Demo is out now.

Shame- I would have liked to be in a game. Unfortunately, my name didn't get picked out as the name for a soldier in MGS, so unless I find out about something early on, i'm likely to miss out on it. No big deal, really- I'd just like to play against myself in a game.
