No, try Chanbara or Extracurricular. Much better than One Armed Scissor...but this is le Bob, so :(
To start off, bloc party, are not crazy, and they are not like mars volta.
If you like mars volta, try a band called "At The Drive In" and try a song called "one armed scissor" to get you started. At the drive in has the singer and guitarist from mars volta, and maybe another.
Also try a band called "Sikth", english band, very crazy, many people who like mars volta like sikth. Try "scent of the obscene", "pussyfoot" and "hold my finger"

iTunes is free, yes, to download the organizer onto your computer. He was simply making the point that instead of using Limewire you can opt for the legal option.
He said it in a slightly different way to simply saying 'use iTunes' and I think you, somehow, missed the message.
