I'm still confused, are you linking to a site that's lying or a site that's exposing the lies? :S

Scopes.com is a site that looks at urban myths, and emailed "facts" that do the rounds.

So both of these articles basically describe attempts by those on the political right in America to smear anyone who is being critical of them.

Right that's what I thought but then I started double-guessing or whatever it's called. :)

Edit: 'Second-guessing', I can't seem to wake up today. :(
