Has it ever ouccoured to any Newbies that when they finally are regulars there'll be to many Notables that there wont be no more elections. It's always on my mind. And I was wondering if Notables can get demoted and how many times there are elections?

What do you mean by the time we are regulars. I am practically a regular already and I am sure you will be very soon. I dont know if it will be possible to gain enough respect from the other members to be voted in as Notable though.

3 months, thats four notables a year, with at least 100 members (as there is a top one hundred). Probably loads more, but lets work with 100.

I think Notables should get demoted if they don't live up to their statistic. They've earnt the name and should have to act in the same way to keep it, otherwise they will get demoted back to regular.

Notables every three months, which is nice as we don`t want too many. As for the "too many notables by the time we are a regular". Look at RastaBillySkank, who has posted enough to become a regular 8 times over, (Not sure about the words though) in only 30 days.
