Well, the Webmail service is basic on purpose but it is quick and streamlined with a clean appearance.
If you remember the day that mobile phones JUST made phone calls, this is a good analogy. It does what it says on the virtual tin.
If you send a support ticket in for my attention, I'll have your e-mail address and will be able to send you a screenshot and a bit more info.

Are you able to give anymore details online ? Some screen images of the interface etc. would be nice.
As I'm tight I don't really like 'phoning your 10p per minute line if I can help it! (and the whole idea of the internet is to do things online...)
