One minute we have internet..next minute we don't.

I regret getting services with NTL.

I been with NTL for bout 5-6 years now, havn't only had 2 problems with them.

NTL are possibly the worst company we have ever have been with....

For cable television anyway, their Internet service is fine, but if you want to make the change from NTL -> Sky, be prepared to be messed about by NT-Hell.

I have BT 2MB, and I get it cheap too. Cause my dad works at the BT tower in london.

my ntl went out last night too, but to be fair we had a monster of a storm going on at the time.

Same, I've had BT for a few months and it's been fine ...

I use BT, no problems yet.

I used to have NTL but they're the worst firm you can have services from.

Moved to Sky and got "proper" internet using a computer.

One minute we have internet..next minute we don't.
