Some times after I turn my PC off, and bring it back to life. Firefox seems to have reset some of itself.

Such as it shows alerts for when i enter/exit secure pages again (even though i'd previously told it not to) and also makes my homepage to things like http://fakjhsdsdfgifdsfdfsd.com/ffdidfskjdsdbkgufuigfe.jpg

Erm. Yeah.

It's slightly annoying.

What's the problem?

It's either a virus, spyware, or Windows being a complete anus (it does that).

Do you have any sort of software for finding spyware, like SpyBot Search and Destroy?

I tried AVG which was useless.

It told me it found 2 viruses, then did feck all about them.

I'll try spybot.
