The lowest you're gonna pay for a San Diego 939 is £200 inc VAT, so if you're on a budget go Venice.

San Diego is about £30+ more, so if you have the money, go for it.
754 is being phased out, not to mention the cores are not as cool and good as the 939's. 939 will be about for a bit longer until M2 takes hold.
If going 939, go San Diego core not Venice, higher L2 @ 1Mb and lower core temps.

Yeah, I know, I meant that 754 is the old standard (like AGP was) whereas 939 is the new kid on the block (like PCI-E)
