Search for 'Content.ie5' and go through all those files looking for the midi files.

Just go to any of the millions of sites that want to charge you for dowloading/sending them to the phone.
Click the one you want and select the 'listen to preview option'. Then go to the windows directory on your computer, find the 'temporary internet files' folder and search through that for 'midi' files.
Voila, free ringtones.
