You can get a literate person to answer customer queries, for starters. Writing like that will only scare them off as they spend half their time deciphering your replies as opposed to browsing your site.

It's an OK design though. I recommend placing the item types horizontally near the top on one line, whacking the search box under the dove, and short of eliminating the animation altogether, slowing down the change rate.
