As the man said his last words the monkey ripped of his smooth skin face and he dropped with a thump to the floor. Meanwhile out at sea a ship rocked along the sea with fishermen on but what they didn’t know that they were about to open a box full of bait infected with Vitypo. One of the fishermen walked over to the bait walking on the wet ship floor. His boats squelched as he walked over to the box he grabbed his crowbar and put it into the top of the box. He then ripped off the top of the box watching the wood break on the floor. Every other fisherman crowed round to see the new bait then sniffed it in. Sniffing in the Vitypo one of the fishermen started screaming out “ahhhhh my brain hurts help I’m burning up helpppp” he then threw up chunks all over the floor.
He tried to hit the other fishermen some hadn’t sniffed in the vitypo and weren’t vitypo infected but that was only five fishermen. All the other ten fishermen were badly infected one of the fishermen that wasn’t infected picked up the crowbar that the other man had dropped. He smacked off one of the infected mans heads off one down nine to go.
The fisherman who had just knocked off that mans head looked up as blood poured but blood poured into his mouth. Now back to ten infected and four not infected one of the not infected man grabbed his harpoon gun. He fired it through one on the infected head he then pulled it back out the infected man dropped to the floor.
But it was too late the four men were going to be killed but one of the men tried to not be killed he grabbed his knife from his knife holder at the side of him. He then chucked his knife throwing the air cutting at one of the infected necks.
His head fell off the infected head and rolled along the floor two down now seven to go. But no more weapons left just fists and feet now. But one of the not infected slid across the floor and grabbed the crowbar.
He then jumped up smacked a Vitypo infected fisherman over the side of the ship into the sea to swim with the fish three down six to go. The not infected fisherman span round smacking all the infected heads in sending blood into the sea all the infected dropped to the floor. “Now let’s throw away all that old bait and get some new bait but put on your mask first so you don’t get infected” the two not infected just stood there gapping then there heads dropped off. By mistake when the man had been spinning he had knocked there heads to.
“Well I guess its just fishing on my own now”

On a more serious note though, this seems to be suspiciously the same as "Cabin Fever" or "28 Days Later" in an inferior manner.
