he doesn't have a capable CPU or graphics card, enough RAM or even the right operating system. It'd be cheaper to just buy an Xbox or PS2 with the game.
If i was you i would get a whole new computer, how much money do you have to spend?

Thanks it work even if I upgrade it only runs basic game like fifa 2001 and spiderman.
