Ok, so I'm playing Pokémon FireRed and I'm using my FireRed/LeafGreen strategy guide to find out what levels Pokémon evolve and what moves they learn at what levels so I can forge decent Pokémon... and I'm reading on where certain Pokémon can be obtained, and it seems a lot of them can only be obtained by "trading" with Pokémon Colosseum... and the thing is I have no idea how I'm supposed to do that, as the guide says nothing about it.

I think you have to complete PC, then go to the cente in the first town of PC to trade. Or something.
