Now the ps2 price crash from SR could be the start of something good for the ps2. IF prices crash even more for the next few months those who might have gone for the gamecube or Xbox and don't really know the difference might go for the ps2 if stores are fighting over prices and there is a good deal somewhere.

NOw i think this is good on Sony's part as thw sales will rocket and the console war could be won early by the ps2...
IF kids buy the ps2 now anddont bother with the Gamecube they wont be allowed toget another console next year...

IS thisa startegical plan or just a normal prise crash?

anyway heres to the future of the ps2 although I am a ninty.....

Who can say? It may well be that any price crash, if engineered by Sony, might be a plan to at least give reason to buy it among possibly cheaper competitors.

Then again, it might just as well be an ordinary price crash!
