Safepeer- the plug-in for Azureus? Nope. I use PeerGuardian instead. Have you got the latest Java/Azureus updates?
I have just moved house and i used to be with NTL with no problems, the only change is the provider so i am guessing it's BT.

I dislike Java, heavily.
I might try BitLord or go back to BitTornado then.

Bit Tornado is the faster of the two when it comes to loading and has the better bandwidth control
It uses a hell of a lot of less memory as well
I've just always preferred BT
