If you could choose someone for the WWE to hire as a wrestler who would you choose?
I was watching this video and i thought this guy should be hired because he can do some pretty nifty tricks.
It would be good if the WWE didnt have its "no good moves" policy

Well, they employ people to go around the net looking for 'fantasy' games which use their wrestlers names and shut them down. So it wouldn't surprise me.
I sometimes wonder if the the WWE employ people to secretly go on websites all day and look around to see what the fans are thinking and maybe get some ideas.

If WWE want to get him out of that gimmick they will find a way. No matter how illogical and ill concieved that way may be. For example, it was only a couple of years agio we were all saying:-
"They can't take Kane's mask off, how will they explain the fact that he doesn't really have any burns?"
I can see it now...Nick Dinsmore turns heel, comes out and cuts a promo something along the lines of...
"I can't believe you fools bought me acting retarded. I only did it to make you all look stupid/get preferential treatment etc..."

He would need to alter his appearance a hell of a lot to not be recognised as Eugene.
It would be pretty hard to drop that gimmick. Its not as easy as Conway dropped his La Resistance persona to make himself Buff Bagwell. He would, like you say, have to drastically alter his appearance.
Its amazing how many people believe that he is actually retarded!
I was speaking to this kid in my year and he says "I went to see the wrestling when i went to America, and Eugene came out after the show and i was shocked when he was acting normally!" and i said to him "what? you didnt know?" and he was like "no, i thought he was really retarded"
He does play the part well and i can see him holding some titles, but not the World Heavyweight/WWE Title.
Overall, i think it would be very hard to repackage him without people noticing and if he drops the gimmick then its like he ws just taking the p!ss out of a "mentally-challenged" person.
I like him as Eugene and i think its the only successful debut face gimmick they have come up with and it is good entertainment...so for now i say leave it!

You can look upon the Eugene gimmick in two ways - as ridiculing a disabled fan of the 80's or as a hero who achieves his dream in the face of adversity.
Either way Nick Dinsmore is a good wrestler but can you really see his character making World Champion? I doubt it.
OK so he has a huge variety of moves at his disposal just by copying other wrestlers finishers (if someone else copies someone elses finisher it's usually frowned upon and maybe even leads to a caution) but I can't see him being around in the Eugene gimmick for more than another year - 18 months. If he isn't I sure hope they repackage him as someone else which no doubt would mean him having to alter his physical appearance drastically!
