Hi,
trying to find the name of a pc game pre 2000 - it was a turn based space style game - the enemy were spiders & the good guys were a squad of 5 or 6 with various weapons from pistols to lasers - can anyone help- its driving me insane trying to find it ?1

It certainly does, although I don't think it works on XP so I can't play it anymore.
A shame, it deserves a place in my all time hall of fame. Never did finish it, too bloody difficult towards the end.

It certainly does, although I don't think it works on XP so I can't play it anymore.
A shame, it deserves a place in my all time hall of fame. Never did finish it, too bloody difficult towards the end.

Now, as soon as someone figures out what this game *is*, I'm gonna go play it too. I'm pretty sure I've heard it mentioned in reviews of X-com where they mention 'similar games you might want to try'. I'll have to go hunt some reviews...

I think I know the game you mean, I've got it in the house but cannot for the life of me remember the game.
It was the third in a series of turn based games. The first two were army against army games, but the third went down to squad based action.
Set in warehouses and rooftops? I'll try to find it.
