Right, well, I've had a look at the site, and if you right click on the flash animation and click forward, the image changes to show the word Ougen.
Typing Ougen into google comes up with an electronics manufacturing company in china called Ougen.
This company is situated in Ningbo, which just happens to be in the Power River Delta region of China, and funnily enough, that's where the Xbox 360 is being manufactured.
Quite weird.
