LONDON (Reuters) - A 12-year-old boy has been charged with the rape of an eight-year-old boy in Wigan, Greater Manchester, police said on Friday.
The boy was charged with two counts of rape, seven counts of sexual assault, and three counts of engaging a child in sexual activity.
The boy will appear at Wigan Magistrates Court on Friday.
It is believed that the offences took place within the last six months, police said in a statement.
Most thought that kissing girls was for 'cissies', and didn't have an interest in sex; many didn't even know the first thing about it!
I doubt this type of thing is a modern phenomenon.
Women, after being treated as docile, 'second-class citizens' for decades, reached a point where they evolved into man-hating creatures who fought for equality.
Society has treated homosexuals as social outcasts, maybe they are evolving a violent streak?
