It looks like GTA 1-2 on the PSone, and to be honest, althought the creators have got high hopes for this, I don't think it will take off.

The PC game was superb.. although I only played it thanks to that freeloader site that let you have it for free.
I remember the days when I tried playing that with Grix, FM and Fogmaster on 56k! :D

Well, of course it won't take off, with fully-3-D iterations in all-new locations available on the PS.2, PC and even the X-Box aswell. :P

What appeal will it have to anyone other than people, like myself, unable to play the latest in the series because we do not own the neccesary hardware?

Looks VERY cartoony. Still, aslong as it plays like the original I'm sure it will be good.
IGN have some pics..looks alright I rekon. Here's hoping for a link up mode.

It'll appeal to the casual gamer, which applies to many many GBA owners. I can see it selling well.
