As far as I'm aware, they don't. They certainly didn't used to.

This seems to be a grey area, as I remember on the Forums people have said Freeola don't as they've had problems, and at one time I think a Freeola rep also said they were not usable.
However, on more than one occasion I've had a reply from Freeola support which say they do allow .htaccess files to be used. On reply went straight in to how to use one to achieve a certain task.
However, I think Turbonutter mentioned that when he uploaded a .htaccess file, he crashed the system.
As it seems Torquay United! is about, perhaps he could settle this once and for all?
