The reason is that where do cheats come from? Developers give them to magazines months after the game is released (or over the phone to game-owners who then write into magazines).
Unlike GAD, no one actually finds cheats. They simply copy them from the developer or from a mag.
Finally, unlike GAD, CAD would nmot be a huge online community that discusses things.. rather nik the cheat from a mag.

NB: The phrase "price is god" may well appear to be quite flattering to special reserve. This was of course, intended, and not a spelling mistake. Honest.
The thing is, speacial reserve are running a business, not some kind of justice reward system.
Giving away a prize every day for cheats submitted will increase the number of cheats special reserve have, and the amount of traffic that they get. This of course, means they get greater 'brand awareness', and more sales.
I for one, look at special reserve's prices before anyone else's when making a purchase, it if the price is god I probably won't look elswehere. I would be unlikely to do this if I didn't come here so often. It's the same sort of effect with the cheats.

Once more, I feel I should point out that demanding the ownwer of a company should read a post is a little arrogant.
