Unlike GAD, no one actually finds cheats. They simply copy them from the developer or from a mag.

Giving away a prize every day for cheats submitted will increase the number of cheats special reserve have, and the amount of traffic that they get. This of course, means they get greater 'brand awareness', and more sales.
I for one, look at special reserve's prices before anyone else's when making a purchase, it if the price is god I probably won't look elswehere. I would be unlikely to do this if I didn't come here so often. It's the same sort of effect with the cheats.
Once more, I feel I should point out that demanding the ownwer of a company should read a post is a little arrogant.
Try that on any other site or with any other company and make sure you jump back before the door slams your nose
