Giving children a hiding on television causes problems for the parents, and a bad image for them.

But it's their own fault already.

Teh Supernanny is a fake. She probably puts a gun the the kid's head forcing them to act good, but nobody sees it, you see.

No, what I mean is give them a good hiding when they misbehave and you won't need to embarrass yourself on national TV getting slapped by your own brat.
