I'm trying to search while really busy at work, and I seem to be going round in circles.
Can anyone help? Or am I being too lazy....
Get a double headphone jack wire and feed your speaker socket into your input/recording socket in the back of your PC (green to red I think on most PCs) thne you can play your composition and have another programme record it.
Providing your soundcard's pretty good you should get a decent recording.
I had to use this idea when one of my programs failed to export a tune without adding a little whine in the background.
Because you can't save in the demo, you need to put a couple of hours into it at one go, which I haven't had as yet.
Been using FL3 to make some samples today myself.
Any tips or info that I'll need before I start properly?
It you think FL's bad then you should see Reason!
Need to get a MIDI interface so I can hook the missus keyboard up to it. Thing is, I don't know if I'll be getting into this enough to warrant spending $150 on the full version....
For that you should check out Making Waves/ACID aswell.
