ok no matter how much i try to delete the history, my parents seem to find the sites iwas on, can sum1 tell me how they do it? i have XP.

Of course if there is a keylogger on your PC (good way to check: repeatedly type "my parents don't understand me, I'm going to kill myself on Thursday" or "why is mum having another affair?") then you will need something else, like a live Linux CD that will let you peruse adult entertainment without Windows being on.

I suggest a format everytime you use the internet.

Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies/Delete Files/Clear History
If that doesn't work, go into My Computer, then C:\ (or wherever you have Windows), then Windows folder > History, then delete whatever.
Not sure how it works across profiles, depends how it's setup I think, and if you're parents know a thing or two about computers then they'll know why it's been deleted...
And no amount of tranny porn can prepare you for the real thing!
