Breaking Celtic and Rangers dominance was genius. Not to mention defeating Real Madrid in a european final.
Capello also has to be mentioned. Complete and utter wh8re, but his record of winning League titles with 4 different clubs speaks for itself.
Theres no one single "greatest" manager though. They managed in different cirumstances in different times so its hard to compare and everyone will have thier personal favourite.
