MGS and SC are completely different.
I loves MGS for the OTT storlyines.

These 5 are the best from that list.
For PS2, San Andreas.

If forced, I'd go with Metal Gear. If I was locked in a room for a month and told that other than food etc... the only things I could do were one of the games you listed, it'd be GTA though for lastability. Definitely not Burnout in that situation - might possibly collapse!
But Hitman 2 is quality.
