I bought a PC and i got Football Manager 2005 free with it.

The problem is that i can't use the editor because it's a read only

my version is 5.0.2

i heard i can install a file that updates it to 5.0.5

is this true

if so how can i do it

as usually its about £20

but i got mine for free with the computer.

evenn when i download this it still doesnt let me go to the editor and load a file

also i untick the read only box. but it still says it's a read only

and this update file gets saved and then i can't open it.

when i un - tick read only i press apply and it still says it's a read only
