Usual must be organised, hard working and able to work to deadlines. Able to combine skills with co-workers, have a good grasp of programming languages and willingness to learn new ones.

Hell, anyone else interested leave a note here, but be aware of the location. The only other people in the NE on this site I know of is Mojojo and (definately) Light, but neither are e-commerce gurus as far as I'm aware.

Try walking around a couple of estates in the rain with a 16kg bag that only gets heavier the more water-logged it gets.
That's depressing, although coming home and having a nice hot bath and playing San Andreas from 11am does alleviate it a little.
