I was going to post this, thought it was hilarious. For a start, it's not art. It's water in a bottle. Secondly, naming the piece "Weapon of Mass Distruction" isn't anarchic or clever - it's stupid. And lastly, if I went to a gallery where that was presented as "art", I'd steal it too, or put orange juice in it.
