The irony is that Israel's approaches to various areas make them seem like the people they most despise.
In many ways they have infact become what their enemies used to be.

There might be anti-american sentiment behind the snub after-all america supports Israel financially despite Israel's dispute with some Palestinians.

So he forgot to name check EVERY place suffering a recent terror attack in his speech. I'm sure he didn't specifically exclude them.
