i just bought a new graphics card and everything was fine until I put a dvd in. It asked that the resolution be changed and I pressed yes. Now the screen has gone blank and I dont know how to change the resolution back. As soon as it gets to the windows screen it just blacks out. Can someone please give me any advice on what to do next??? thanks!

your graphics card has a dvd slot?? hahaha
anyway back to a real answer, while windows is loading you need to get in to safe mode, i think it's F5 but there is a line somewhere that tells you.
Once in it set the resolution to 800x600 and then restart.
What size monitor do you have? i am guessing 15 inch, what graphics card is it?
