...at least they won't get run over? I know people accuse them of having too many decisions go their way, but if all eleven of them are refs it becomes ridiculous.

Petrov and Maxi can both play as strikers, but they also play on the wings. I believe.

Left winger.

And they'll have Maxi Rodrigeuz on the right.

Good attacking options.

He's not a striker.

They've bought some guy called Petrov for 10 million euros, and he's a striker too. Kezman or Petrov, who gets to partner Torres?

That's if he's playing at all, they've bought Maxi Rodriguez from Espanyol (also based in Barcelona) who can play on the right and scores goals. Espanyol's highest scorer last year, even over Tamudo.

Just checked - Athletico are at home to Getafe the day I arrive in Madrid. My Kezman yells shall be both loud and of good cheer. He shall be buoyed to connect with those mightily accurate Gronkjaer crosses.

Whatever.

What if neither of them are at home? You can check on

I checked Barca. They're at home to Valencia the day after I arrive. I shall arise, all rested after a night on Barcelona, bid farewell to my Spanish girl that I charmed senseless and wonder down to the Nou Camp, possibly pausing for a relaxing siesta on the beach. Maybe I'll bump into Puyol - I haven't worked it all out yet.

But as for Madrid, I haven't thought that far ahead.

Dunno, they never got back to us after it got called off because it was beddy-byes for the organisers. I still swear I was the only single person drinking beer in the entire place (it's my excuse for losing).

He's not going to see Rayo Vallecano, I think we can rule that out. Although a big team might be away to Getafe that week, so it's a possibility.

If both of them are away, you've still got Rayo Vallecano and Getafe available fairly nearby anyway. :-)

Atlético. What if neither of them are at home? You can check on soccer-spain.com, they've got all the fixtures up.

Also, Barca have changed from blue to red shorts. Although calling them "red" is doing them a favour, they look kind of pink.

Plus, how did your mates get on at Pro Evo night? The ones that qualified?
