because you havfe to get all around the city in the space of like 3 mins and the timer don't stop whilst you are talking the ray.

I know what mission you're on about, and to be honest it's really simple. Just grab the Yakuza Stinger when you start the mission and drive as fast as you can to the phones, marked on the map. The only way you'd fail this mission is if you're the worst driver on the planet.
