I know what you mean, it doesn't do that much but what it does do it does well.
That's what I thought, but I played it solidly for a couple of hours and got genuinely bored. But some of my flatmates like it, so it's just out of personal preference.
Riddick was basically the game of the summer, you're getting a great game there.
