For the clue number 3 i know how to get it as u kill the assassins but whenever i go to knothole glade the assassins are not there. Can any1 please tell me how to get the assassins to come and oh if you could please tell me how to get clue number 1.

Walk to the very entrance of knothole glade and then you should see the assassin running down a narrow path towards you.

You need to go to the farm first and chat to the couple first, then they'll tell you to go to the gravestone at the basck of their house. A ghost of some woman will appear and tell you about her mirror that was stolen by bandits, then all you need to do is go to the large crossing like area just outisde of the farm and you'll see some bandits over by the path near the waterfall. Kill them and then take the mirror back to the ghost.
