Saw the trailer, not sure what to make of it. First glance gave me the feeling that it was a all style no substance attempt for Romero to make money with huge explosions and an assortment of corny characters. Don't think it will achieve cult status of the others, but I may be wrong. Thoughts?

Oh don't get me wrong, it's good. I've seen some appalling zombie movies too, it's just I was watching it and thinking "This should be utter gold, not just fun"

I've never seen a zombie film I haven't enjoyed, and believe me I've seen some REALLY bad zombie films. I'm sure I'll get a kick out of it, but I doubt for a second it's gonna live up to the previous 3 films.

Totally rigth. It's a massive disappointment. the Dawn of the Dead remake was more enjoyable.
