Basically, I've been told that getting into the film industry is a lot easier if you've done some work shadowing there. Any ideas of a place where I could do it in Essex or London? Cheers.

I was Michael Caine's shadow.
It was great until I got paid with the shadow of a cheque, had to live on the street for two weeks and became a shadow of my former self before joining Cliff Richard's old band.
