I quite like it.
The only piece of advice I could offer is to beef up the image front, put a few images in.

Looks nice. The logo needs anti-aliasing better cos it looks jagged yet blurred at the moment. Also, consider a paler colour for the rollovers - i.e. not the same red as the menu titles.
