It's like the last one
This is usually in the form of a long shot and I've found out a couple of things. Firstly that a crappy Okocha chip can be a blessing in disguise. People seem to hit flyers off of bobbling balls better than the straight-to-keeper floor shots.
Secondly, that long shots are like free kicks. If you power up to half way, the shot is far better than otherwise and usually goes into better areas of the goal.
Finally, go into free practice and work on taking long shots, but just before shooting, change the angle of your player. This helps in changing the type of shot it is.

I just get cheap with my money... I like the new scoring system.
I scored a belter from 40 yeards out... okay, so I was France playing Egypt on 1 star but still.

Play on lower stars for now then, and gradually work your way up. Scoring via crossing and corners is more difficult to start with than before, so to begin with, work on your passing game, and as you get better, increase the difficulty your playing on.
