That's what they get for actually choosing to pay for this crap.

Having just seen a few 'adverts', it does actually state you're subscribing to a service - and it's clearly printed and stuck there long enough to be read.

So even though I wish death upon the creators, I don't think the ripped off customers deserve their money back. They deserve punishment for their stupidity.

It's still dumb not to fully check what you're ordering.

That's why they use a subscription short code. If they said right, £12 then people wouldn't buy the content but people only see the item they are ordering, not even considering what rubbish they may send after.
I did see one service where it was ringtones/wallpapers and music news. Who want music news!
